Shipping Information
Our shipping rates are based on Standard postage through Australia Post.
Collars may be made to order, and if so will be shipped within 10 working days. All other orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: [email protected]
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Saffron On The Hill. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
We are able to exchange products ordered which are the wrong size for your dog, however we ask that your cover the cost of us posting the replacement out to you.
Returns Process
To return an item, please contact us via the Contact Us page and include the following information:
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item
- Return address- Saffron Pug Rescue C/O Loch PO, Loch 3945 Victoria
Dontation Return Policy
Due to the nature of charity donations, refunds are given at the discretion of our management. Please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give. In the event of an incorrect amount being entered, or if the donation is made accidently or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, please contact us. We will review the request and respond. We will refund if there was a system error with the donation processing. If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer truthful so it should be shredded and destroyed.
